Hereford beef, Tamworth pig, lamb, turkey, granny ;)... any combination... if we can fit it in the oven we will cook it for you!
We can cook a combination of meats for your event if you so wish, ensuring all your visitors are catered for (except vegetarians - we struggle a bit with those!)
All the beef & pork comes from my own Hereford cows and Tamworth pigs, we will even tell you the name of the animal that supplies your event!
We are the real deal when it comes to a hog roast, no pre cooking during the week and re-heating for your weekend event. All roasts are cooked on site, from start to finish, over charcoal - if we need to be lighting the oven at 3am to ensure you meal is ready for serving at noon then we will be there for you. All charcoal is sourced from sustainable english woodlands. We can fit two large pigs in our oven or any combination of: a pig, a lamb & large turkey or rump/quarter of beef enabling you to provide your guests with a variety of options.
PODS are available to serve from as well as the traditional gazebo/trestle table arrangement) or we can collabarate with other contracted caterers as required.
I have an experienced and professional team on the oven and can be as self sufficient as required, providing my own power, water, seating, rubbish collection etc as required. I am also a member of NCASS (Member no 6857) FHRS Rating 5.

Prices range between £4.50 - £6 per head and we can cater for 100 - 350 guests.
Our hog roasts are special and every one is arranged to suit your individual needs so please contact us to discuss your requirements at an early stage in planning your event. Local events (within 5-10 mile radius can attract a £1/head discount)
We require a 50% deposit on booking which is refundable on cancellations up to 4 weeks before your event. The remaining 50% is payable 7 days prior to the event taking place
