Time is a very precious commodity these days, when we are not making & packaging sausages we spend a lot of time, performing intricate surgery on beef carcasses to extract some really fabulous steaks, monitoring beef pork & lamb hanging in the chiller and keeping all the cleaning schedules and HACCP records up to date. I spend a lot of time feeding & attending to the livestock, keeping the ingredients store stocked, dealing with paperwork, logistics and keeping the grill trailer HACCP records up to date so, at present, I would be struggling to provide a farm shop that would meet the high standards I aspire to. This does however allow us to provide 24/7 access to our extensive range of mouthwatering Hereford Beef joints, steaks, burgers, bacon & sausages via our online shop at prices very comparable to those of your local supermarket. With the exception of the Lamb and Cooked Pork Joint all of the pictures you see are of our own products cooked by us.
